Human!Var

Another AU character for you guys! Once again, 's fault. Dammit Kira.

Var is quite studious, always working hard to do his best though inside he doubts his abilities. When he's not studying he's quite willing to help other people... but most of the time they need to poke him a bit in order to make him talk. Having spent the last few years living in a small village, with both parents perpetually working in the closest town, Var in unused to being around so many people and usually flees to a corner to read.

Back home he has a pet long-tailed lizard named Argorok. He also used to have a white cat named Myst, who was sadly hit by a car some years back. Var had also wanted an iguana and would have named it Malladus, but given funds and that he practically lives alone he wouldn't be able to care for two large lizards.

First thing people might notice: yes Var is wearing glasses. Fear my inability to draw decent glasses. It was born of a silly mistake really, plus it looks cute :3 That and the distinct lack (so far) of AU high school characters wearing glasses. Technically he's far-sighted and only really needs them to read books and stuff like that.

Another thing you may notice: Why only Human!Var and not Teen-human!Var like Kith? Well Var was already the elven equivalent of 16 years old, so in a way this AU is making him a little older
